How does the new loyalty program work?

Thirsty Lion Club members are VIPs to us (Very Important People!). Our goal is to give you more reasons to visit us at Thirsty Lion Gastropub.   We want to surprise and delight you with random offers and information intended to inform, excite and bring you back again and again. Thirsty Lion’s loyalty program still includes many of the benefits you know and love, however, you will no longer accrue points to receive rewards. Instead, throughout the year you will receive gifts and insider opportunities. 

What are the benefits of the new Loyalty Program?

• New Members receive a Free Appetizer as a Sign-Up Reward (valid for 60 days)

• Random gifts and insider opportunities throughout the year including email discounts and events you won’t want to miss!

• Birthday reward (valid for 30 days)

Can I still redeem my rewards after January 1st?

You will be able to redeem any of your current rewards after January 1st for 90 days.  All current rewards will expire on March 31, 2023. Moving forward only one gift per time is redeemable.

What will happen to my current points balance?

On January 1st any points that have been accumulated and that did not generate a $15 off reward (like above) will be removed from your account. All $15 off rewards will remain active until March 31st. Moving forward only one reward will be redeemable at a time. 

Do I still need to inform my server that I am a loyalty member?

Please continue to inform your server you are a loyalty member. We love to reward our most loyal customers with personalized gifts for their continued patronage.
